 . 1 The invention relates to the combustion of solid fuels and can be used in furnaces with grate stepped grates. The aim of the invention is to increase reliability. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the extreme edge, located on the side of the recess in the side end of the slab, a hollow is made in the zone of the latter. In addition, a hole in the wall of the cavity 1 is filled with an air passage, the hole is located on a section of the wall adjacent to the plate, a transverse plate is installed in the depression along the edge, having a hole for pulling out the dip, the plate can be installed with a slope in the direction of the wall of the cavity. The device works as follows,
The air required for burning the fuel enters through the window 18, groove 3 located in the wall 17, passes through the channels 21, while cooling the plate 1, through the opening 13 enters the chamber for failure 23 from which through the opening. 22 s.1 goes to the burning zone of the toptsva located on the plate 1.
A particle of fuel entering from the layer B of the hole 22 is further dropped into the kayer: 23 onto the plate 1 below located to: polosnik (option one) or onto the transverse plate 15 and further through the hole; 16 - also on the plate 1 (option two). When the grates move, the dip is pushed by the front end 2 along plate 1 to the rear end 4 and dumped into the sublattice space. In the third embodiment, the dip falls onto the H of the inclined plate 15, moves along it and through the hole 13
for the passage of air, placed in the lower part of the depression 7, enters the channel 21 and is discharged through the window 18.
Due to the presence of a chamber for failure 23, channels 21 do not have chaotic felled fuel, thereby ensuring uninterrupted supply of air to the combustion zone, as well as eliminating the possibility of jamming of grates and wear of the side ends 6 of plate 1, which greatly increases the reliability of the grate.
